Ms. MacGregor practices in all areas of probate and family law including divorce, child support, custody and relocation issues, property division, alimony, enforceability of pre-nuptial agreements, probate litigation, and estate administration. Ms. MacGregor frequently represents clients in significant and complex matters, and regularly works with expert witnesses including mental health professionals, and business and real estate appraisers. In 2007 and 2008, Ms. MacGregor was recognized as a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. Prior to joining Kates & Barlow, PC, Ms. MacGregor was a domestic relations associate at the Boston firm of Brown Rudnick LLP (from 2004 to 2009), and a domestic relations associate at the Boston firm of White, Inker & Aronson, PC (from 2001 to 2004). In addition, Ms. MacGregor served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk and Bristol Counties (from 1999 to 2001).
