Marissa Hudson joined Kates & Barlow, P. C. in June 2017. She previously spent two years working as a Sessions Clerk for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Abber at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court. Since graduating law school, her practice has concentrated exclusively on family law matters in the areas of divorce, child support, paternity, alimony, property division, modification, contempt and enforcement of court judgments. As a Sessions Clerk at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, she ran daily court sessions and was the first point of contact in the courtroom for litigants and attorneys regarding court policies and procedure. Prior to that she worked as an Associate for a Family Law Solo Practitioner. Experienced in both private practice and the Massachusetts Trial Court, Marissa brings a unique perspective to each matter she handles.
