BBO Appoints Attorney Corr

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (“BBO) has selected Attorney Kevin Corr to serve as a Pro Bono Panel member. The purpose of the panel is to represent lawyers on a pro bono or reduced fee basis in disciplinary cases and reinstatement hearings. The BBO is the disciplinary authority for lawyers in Massachusetts. Attorney Corr’s two year term begins on January 1, 2018.

Attorney Vanderhorst serves on MCLE Faculty

Attorney Amanda Vanderhorst served on the faculty of the MCLE program “Trying Divorce Cases” on October 20, 2017.  Ms. Vanderhorst demonstrated the “Cross Examination of a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser on the Value of a Marital Home” and the “Direct Examination of Party Witness on Use of Demonstrative Aides”.  This well attended program tries a mock divorce case from start to finish to provide attendees with a unique opportunity to improve their trial technique by observing seasoned domestic relations practitioners in action.
