Trying Divorce Cases

Attorney Amanda Vanderhorst recently served on the faculty for the MCLE seminar, “Trying Divorce Cases”.  Structured as a mock trial, attendees observed experienced domestic relations practitioners in action, while seeking to improve their own trial technique. This popular and widely attended program is held every year.

Addiction and Family Law

Attorney Amanda Vanderhorst recently chaired a panel for the MCLE seminar “Impact of the Opioid Epidemic on Family Law”. The faculty consisted of Middlesex County Probation Officer Kevin Sheehan, psychologist Harry Somers, EdD, and the Honorable Jennifer Ulwick. The purpose of this seminar was to provide perspective on the impact of addiction on Family Law cases.
