Jacqueline M. Harvey
Jacqueline M. Harvey focuses her practice in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody and property division, as well as other family law matters.
Prior to joining Kates & Barlow in 2021, Mrs. Harvey served as a Judicial Law Clerk (2018-2021) to the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in the Essex, Middlesex, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester divisions. In her role as a Law Clerk, Mrs. Harvey worked closely with the justices on a range of projects involving domestic relations, probate and equity matters.
Mrs. Harvey is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While attending Suffolk Law, she was a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program Fellow, where she taught First Amendment law to children in high school and served as their Moot Court coach. Mrs. Harvey also participated in the Family Advocacy Clinic, where she represented clients in matters involving divorce, paternity, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and abuse prevention orders.
