Mackenzie N. Kravitz
Mackenzie N. Kravitz focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. Through her practice, Ms. Kravitz serves a variety of clients in divorce, modification, and property division cases. She also assists clients with issues of child custody, child support, and paternity actions.
Prior to joining Kates & Barlow in 2018, Ms. Kravitz served as a Judicial Law Clerk (2017-2018) to the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in the Suffolk, Middlesex, and Essex divisions. In this role, Ms. Kravitz worked closely with the justices on a variety of projects and assignments. Ms. Kravitz drafted and performed research on an assortment of complex issues, including those pertaining to divorce, property division, and child support. She also provided legal and factual analysis and drafted both memoranda and decisions for the justices on all areas of family and probate law.
Ms. Kravitz is a 2017 graduate of Boston University School of Law. While attending BU Law, she was a member of the International Law Journal, where she served as Symposium Editor, and participated in the American Legislative Clinic, where she worked for Assistant Majority Leader of the Massachusetts State Senate, Cynthia Stone Cream. Ms. Kravitz also interned as a Law Clerk at a family law firm in downtown Boston.
