The Child Support Task Force completed their review and the new 2021 Child Support Guidelines went into effect as of October 4, 2021. Attorney Vanderhorst, who served on the Task Force and Attorney Ouellette, both of Kates & Barlow, presented at the MCLE’s “First Look” reviewing the changes to the guidelines with over 200 attendees on September 13, 2021. Attorney Vanderhorst, together with Christopher Hercun also of the Child Support Task Force, will join Judge Ordonez and Tierney in presenting on the 2021 Guidelines at the Barnstable Bar Association on November 2, 2021.
