On Monday June 5, 2023 at the MCLE, Amanda lectured on the topic of Motions and Uncontested Motions.  Linda lectured on Opening Statements.  The 5 day workshop (June 5 - 9)  assisted participants in the topics of: Motions, Common Evidentiary Problems, Opening Statments, Direct and Cross Examinations, Financial Statements, and Closing Arguments.
