High-Conflict Custody Cases

Attorney Peter Barlow served on the panel for the Boston Bar Association’s continuing legal education program, “High-Conflict Custody Cases” on Thursday, January 16, 2014. Attorney Barlow provided a litigator’s perspective on such topics as abuse, unfitness and alienation in the context of a high conflict custody case. Other panelists provided insight from the bench, guardian ad litem and parent coordinator perspectives at the heavily attended seminar. Attorney Barlow offered strategies on how to prepare and protect a client and their case through all phases of a high conflict matter.
